Daliniere is situated 2km from the town of Clecy in the beautiful
‘Suisse Normande’ area of Normandy.It is less
than an hours drive from the Caen (Ouistreham) ferry port;
Cherbourg is approximately 2 hours drive away
This traditional stone cottage was originally a farmhouse
and has been classified as a Belle Maison. It has been lovingly
restored and still retains many rustic features.
Locally there are shops, bars and restaurants within 2 km
of the property at Clecy; supermarkets may be found in the
nearby towns of Conde sur Noireau and Thury Harcourt.

Accommodation
On the first
floor there are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There
is a fourth bedroom off one of the doubles with bunk beds and a
cot. There is a bathroom on the first floor, with a seperate WC
downstairs.
On the ground floor there is a large dining/lounge area; fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave etc.
Outside there is a pretty garden which features an old cider press.
Garden furniture and barbeque are provided
| Rates
The house
is available by the week (Saturday to Saturday) and also for
weekend stays
Weekly rates range from £275 during the low season to
£525 during peak periods.
Weekends start at £175
